Carrot & Cumin nut-roast garlic-herb roast potatoes, spiced carrot puree, sprouts, kale & chestnuts with Chinese black bean gravy (V) (Traditional gravy option)

Sun dried tomato & lentil Sausages root vegetable and mustard mash, mulled wine braised red cabbage, roast red onion gravy (V)

Thai Massaman Curry: potato, tofu puff and ‘wild’ wood ear mushroom curry, jasmine rice, million year egg & pickled carrot with tamarind & peanut sauce
