Much of what we use is grown on our own allotments, patio gardens or foraged locally – with the rest sourced from the best of local producers.  ‘Fennel&Cider’ is our chance to push the boundaries of what we do and use extra special ingredients that you won’t see on any other menus in the city.  Expect a feast of textures, flavours and unexpected flavor pairings. It’s an invitation to bring friends together round a table and share good food cooked from the heart – bring your own beers or wine to enjoy, or try pitchers of home-made botanical lemonades and fresh fruit juices. “
