I adore Christmas, what’s not to love about peace, love and good-tidings to all? And, of course, copious amounts of good food and drink….
We’ve just unveiled our Christmas menu for this year. I’m already looking forward to getting in the kitchen with these new dishes, and I certainly look forward to tasting it. Gratuitously. All in the name of quality control, obviously….

Home-smoked beetroot roast pumpkin, parsnips & baby spinach with goats cheese dressing & walnut crumbed goats cheese (v option) (nuts!)
I adore beetroot, and we’re going to be smoking the beet ourself using my latest gadget — The Smoke Gun. My favourite ingredient and an excuse to use more gadgets?! Bliss.
